Romero's is Pahrumps 1st real n good Mexican food. They were here when no others were here. Great food n big margaritas. I recommend this restaurant whole heartily
Decided to try something new this time. I got the quesaburria tacos and my husband got the carnitas plate both from the daily specials menu. We both loved the new food. Our next try is breakfast. Service was great as usual.
Loved it! Best Mexican food in town I haven't been here for a while and idk why my bf got the quesobirria and it was full of flavor and the carne asada was delicious!!
The best most authentic Mexican food in town. A great menu of fantastic items to choose from. I didn't notice the special, Quesobirria tacos, until after I ordered my delicious carnitas burrito. Oh, well. I guess I'll have to go back. The staff is warm and friendly too. Highly recommend.
My husband and I eat here at least once a week! We've never had a bad meal, the servers are friendly, the bartender Barb is amazing and everyone including Alex greets you with a smile!! People if you haven't been here, you're missing great Mexican food and friendly service as well.
Best place this side of the Mississippi to get the authentic Tex mex queso dip! Amazing chimichangas and tacos every time. Have tried most of the menu and nothing ever disappoints! High standard! Must try!

Best queso dip I have ever had. Lately, the actual food has been inconsistent. I ordered a chile relleno one night and it was honestly the best I have ever had. I've ordered it 2x since and it's been soggy and greasy. Same goes for the fish tacos. Lately they just haven't been hittin like they usually do.
Went here for dinner last night. I got the carne asada tacos. Muy mas BUENO. As usual the wait staff were extremely friendly and professional. I've been eating here for over a decade and will continue to do so. I recommend that you try them too.
